Registration Guidelines

(For Accepted Papers Only)

To well accomplish the camera-ready of your final paper and the registration, it is strongly advised to read carefully and follow the instructions in the following Steps (step 1 to step 4).

Step 1: Instructions for Camera-Ready Submission

  1. A- Prepare your revised final manuscript

    • 1. Format your final paper in standard IEEE 2-columns format.
    • 2. Address reviewers comments and revise your paper accordingly before submitting the final camera-ready version.
    • 3. Make sure that all Figures and Tables are of high quality and their content is easily.
    • 4. Make sure your final Camera-Ready Manuscript includes correctly the following elements:
      • a. Title,
      • b. Names of All authors,
      • c. Affiliation of All authors,
      • d. Emails of All authors,
      • e. Abstract,
      • f. Keywords.
        • Important Note:

          Make sure that the names of all the authors who appear in your article are the same as those on the EasyChair platform

    • B. Add, at the bottom left of the first page of your manuscript, the copyright notice corresponding to your case among the following:

      • • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:
        • U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
      • • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:
        • 978-1-6654-2209-3/22/$31.00 ©2022 Crown
      • • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is:
        • 978-1-6654-2209-3/22/$31.00 ©2022 European Union
      • • For all other papers the copyright notice is:
        • 978-1-6654-2209-3/22/$31.00 ©2022 IEEE

    • C. Verify your manuscript's plagiarism score meets acceptable thresholds

      • 1. The overall similarity score of a manuscript should not exceed 30%,
      • 2. the similarity score with a single source should not exceed 10%.

(*) The registration fee includes conference Proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, and closing;
(*) All bank charges have to be paid in addition to the registration fees.
(*) "Bon de commande" are not accepted.
(*) Students must provide concurrently with the Registration Form an official university letter confirming their status as full time students and the degree program they are enrolled in.
(*) The participation fees are the same for both modes of participation (on-site or virtual).
